About Us

JTec Services was established in 2000, as JTec Automation Services. This division delivers engineering solutions for clients large and small, in the UK and overseas.

JTec Energy Performance is a recent addition, which was made possible by a new partnership between John Rafferty and Linn Rafferty.

Linn brings complementary expertise in energy efficiency, carbon emissions reduction and energy performance modelling to the JTec Services partnership.

JTec Automation Services
John Rafferty runs JTec Automation Services, which provides:

Special purpose machines and controls,

PLC-HMI-Pneumatic-control and software,
machine design and build, and
maintenance and technical services.

JTec Energy Performance
Linn Rafferty runs JTec Energy Performance. She is a Domestic Energy Assessor, accredited with the NHER Accreditation Scheme to provide Energy Performance Certificates for homes.

JTec Energy Performance delivers consultancy on the energy performance of buildings, domestic and non domestic. Technical consultancy relating to training needs, and developing training and assessment material, is a speciality.

Linn also offers energy performance modelling using SAP for new homes, SBEM for commercial buildings, and ORCalc for public buildings.
